Ann M. Dunehew

Ann M. Dunehew of Covington, passed away June 10, 2018, at 80 years of age. After 20 plus years of dedicated service, Mrs. Dunehew retired from Georgia Tech, where she served as an Executive Assistant. She cherished her family and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Dunehew was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Louis and Margaret Josephine (Hilliard) Markwell.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 58 years, Glenn D. Dunehew, Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn and Nila Dunehew, Chuck and Linda Dunehew; seven grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Ellen and Frank Cowgill; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Dunehew will be held Thursday, June 14, 2018, 3:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, Covington, with Rev. R. Wayne Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home Wednesday, June 13, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Parkinson Research Foundation, 5969 Cattleridge Blvd., Suite 100, Sarasota, FL 34232 (941-870-4438).
